Terms and Conditions:
- Franchise Fee: A one-time non-refundable franchise fee as per the agreement.
- Royalty: A monthly royalty fee of 15% on gross revenue or as mutually agreed upon.
- Brand Usage: The franchisee must use the NEETS COMPUTER ACADEMY brand name strictly as per the company’s guidelines.
- Course Content: The franchisee must offer only the approved courses and maintain the curriculum provided by NEETS COMPUTER ACADEMY.
- Quality Standards: The franchisee must adhere to quality standards in infrastructure, teaching, and student services.
- Operational Responsibility: The franchisee is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including staff hiring, maintenance, and marketing.
- Termination Clause: The agreement may be terminated by either party with a prior notice of 60 days in case of violation of terms or mutual agreement.
- Audit and Reporting: The franchisee must provide monthly reports on enrollments, revenue, and other operational details.
- Exclusivity: The franchisee will have exclusivity for the specified area based on the agreement.
- Renewal: The franchise agreement is valid for an initial term of 3 years and is renewable upon mutual consent.
